Klaus Ritzkowski studied musicology, philosophy and history in Leipzig, Nancy and Munich. After his studies, he worked for the artist mangement agency HarrisonParrott in Munich, where he was responsible for the cellist Sol Gabetta and the composer and clarinetist Jörg Widmann, among others. He then worked as an ensemble manager of the Dresden Baroque Orchestra and the vocal ensemble for contemporary music AuditivVokal in Dresden. In February 2015, in his hometown of Bremen, he founded the artist management agency APOLLO ARTISTS, which represented a small but slowly growing number of outstanding artists. The aim of his work was to build up the career of the artists he represents step by step and thus expand their artistic radius.
